How to operate correctly to extend the service life of rubber rollers?

1. The rice is kept in a slightly humid state, and the moisture content is controlled at about 15%;

2. Before starting the rice hulling machine, check whether the two rubber rollers are installed and aligned to ensure that the debris between the rubber rollers is cleaned;

3. Adjust the distance between the two rubber rollers to be about 0.5mm;

4. Immediately after starting the machine, check the shelling rate during rice milling. If the shelling rate is lower than 90%, you need to continue to reduce the distance between the rubber rollers until the shelling rate reaches 95% or more;

5. The blanking plate is fully opened, so that the friction surface of the rubber roller can be evenly distributed, and the service life of the rubber roller is longer;

6. Regularly check the broken shell rate of the rubber roller during operation;

7. Before you stop using the machine, you must completely close the cutting board, and then turn off the machine after the rice is completely milled;

8. The shaft of the rubber roller must be kept on the central shaft;

9. Align the rubber rollers when installing, and keep the same distance when rotating;

10. When the rubber roller needs to be replaced, the rubber roller with a large outer diameter is installed on one side of the speed block;

11.When storing the rubber roller, try to keep the packaging intact, and the storage environment should be protected from the sun, ventilated, normal temperature, and humidity;

12. Fully clean the dust and particles on the machine after each use;
